Is it just me, or does everyone think that our screen refresh rates are kinda slow?

My monitor has a response speed of around 20 milliseconds, but German scientists have created a VERY short movie, only 50 femptoseconds long, or about 800 BILLION times quicker than a Fast and Furious movie. Their method is a bit sci-fi, but interesting to read.
