A few months back, Aussie courts granted a ban on the sale of Samsung’s Galaxy Tab 10.1, citing Apple’s concerns that the tablet infringes upon the iPad patents.

Well, today, the ban is reversed, but Apple still has some time to appeal the decision.

I haven’t played with the Samsung tablet, but I can’t help but feel that this patent war is turning a bit nasty with no real benefit to us consumers.
