How did you get into digital?
I was working in a classical above the line advertising agency in Germany before I moved to New York to work in the marketing department of a big software company. Out of pure boredom I started to teach myself HTML (I hardly knew what that was back then). I was hanging out with the tech guys and got really excited about technology. None of this was planned and came as a big surprise to me. That’s about 7 years ago now and I learned a lot more than just HTML!!

Why do you love working in digital?
I love technology and I really enjoy seeing something come out of an idea. It’s fascinating what things you can achieve in digital. I also enjoy the fast paced environment, things constantly change, there are new opportunities every day.

What’s the one item you can’t live without in your day?
My iPhone…I know…it’s bad!

Name 3 people you would have over for dinner and why?

1. George Carlin, he was the funniest guy ever. He has done some brilliant stuff.
2. Jo Wilfried Tsonga, he’s hot! Is there more to say?! And he’s a great tennis player!
3. Someone who can cook and makes the dinner! I’m not doing it!
